This is to inform you that an Emergency General Body Meeting of the Rajasthan State Judo Association will be held as per the following schedule:

Time: 11:30 AM

Venue: Youth Hostel, Janpath, Near High Court Circle, Jaipur 302005

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1 : Welcome address by the President.

2 : General Secretary Report

3 : To approve the minutes of the last Emergency Executive Committee meeting on 19th January 2025 at Jaipur & special General Body Meeting held on 23rd February 2025 at Jaipur. (to approve Executive Committee election Rajasthan State Judo Association year 2025-2029)

4 : To Approve the audited accounts for the financial year 2024–25

5 : To Appointment Auditors for the financial year 2025–26

6 : Discussion and preparation regarding Khelo India Women’s League (West Zone) and National Women’s League 2025–26

7 : Discussion on formation of new district units

8 : Allotment of Sub-Junior, Cadet, Junior, and Senior State Judo Championships 2025–26

9 : Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
